penguinshooray
The application says "3 letters are required but 4 is highly recommended." Does anyone know if this is because reviewers actually favor people with 4 letters, or just as a precaution in case one letter writer drops out? Secret_Ninja
I am doing the dissertation one, not the pre-doctoral, but they have the same suggestion. I believe that in one of the PDFs that has reviewer suggestions, they state that 4 is preferred because they want 4, not as a safety.
