Admission for Fall 2015

I'm planning to enroll for the graduate program in control under Electrical engineering this coming fall.

Well I'm still very confuse to narrow down the universities.

 

My academic is 53%

and my GRE score is verbal 138 and Quant 154

 

I have 3 years experience in same field.

 

Please suggest me for the colleges.

How are your English scores? Many places have minimum requirements for I think it's called the TOEFL ..? It may help you to narrow your search based on those scores.
