Hello everyone!

I have applied to 11 schools and finished submitting all my applications before Christmas.  In two weeks from now, I have an interview with Sacred Heart University in CT. Has anyone else heard back from this program yet in regards to an interview?

Does anyone have any tips for me about the interview process and what kinds of questions will be asked? I also have to bring my laptop or Ipad for a test and the interview process is said to take 2 hours.

Thank you in advance!! :)

Hey! Hope your interview went really well! i was also invited for an interview, and was wondering if you could let me know how many people were in the group? I am trying to decide if its worth the cost of travel. I go to school down south and its really inconvient and costly to travel up north. If they are interviewing a lot more people than spots available, i may not go. Thanks :)

Hi!! And unfortunately my interview got pushed back until 2/10 because of snow and sacred heart was closed. :( I totally understand your reservations though about making the time and I wish I could help more. Congrats and the interview though and good luck :)

Thanks! good luck next week. If you can let me know how many people were there after that would be so helpful! this is the only deciding factor I have.

Hello,

I just finished my interview and there were 9 other girls there (so ten people total). I believe the do interview more than the accept. I have heard that they interview 100 and accept 60. Hope this helps and good luck!

Hey, where did you hear that they accept 60 of the 100 interviewed? From checking the results page in this website, some people have been accepted without the interview so maybe they accept 60 in all, with or without the interview. I was also going to interview on the 27th but had to reschedule for the 19th of February. Was it a relaxed interview? Were you broken up into groups for the case study? How many people interviewed you? Sorry for the many questions. Thank you.

That's what I just heard through the grape vine from other people applying but it could be wrong, I'm honestly not sure so don't quote me on that. It was a relaxed one on one interview. The faculty is very very nice and make you feel pretty comfortable. Yes we were broken up into two groups for a case study and two people interview you.

I know someone that was accepted last year without an interview, but it was also the first year of the program and they were a bit disorganized. I am not sure if they plan on accepting without interviews this year and I  haven't heard of them doing so yet.
