My partner (currently working/running a business with 2 friends) is hoping to join me, but on an L1 visa - by setting up a branch of the business in the US, and then coming over to the US as the branch representative. Anyone here had any experience with the L 1 visa process? Or anyone with tips for good migration attorneys to consult in NY?
