asseenontv Posted January 29, 2015 Posted January 29, 2015 Hi everyone, Does anyone know anything or has applied to the USAID Donald M. Payne International Development Graduate Fellowship Program? I applied this year and I really hope I at least get an interview! I learned about it not too long ago and it seems like an awesome opportunity! I am actually planning on studying public health and am interested in becoming a population/health/nutrition officer. Any advice on timeline, interviews, and your experience (application process or if you are a fellow) would be appreciated! Thanks.
Hina Posted January 29, 2015 Posted January 29, 2015 Hi asseenontv, I also applied for the Payne Fellowship this year! I've been involved in the microfinance sector for a few years, so I applied for the Private Enterprise Officer. From the website, it looks like finalists will be notified at the end of February. Fingers crossed for good news!!

imlordeyayaya Posted February 1, 2015 Posted February 1, 2015 looks extremely competitive. have you read the recipients' bio's? it's like they have been in intl dev since they were 6 years old... they are all out of this world. no surprise at all they received the award. each and every single one of them deserve it.
asseenontv Posted February 26, 2015 Author Posted February 26, 2015 Didn't make it as a finalist. Good luck to you Hina!
