Case Western BME Open House

Does anyone know the acceptance rate for the students invited to the Case Western BME Open House? Will they accept all of the prospective students? half of it? Also, will the open house be interview style?

Case Western's acceptance rate is low. I worked there for two years after I got my bachelor's. When I worked there, the open Houses were not interviews at all, more like information sessions and a chance to get your name out there. What was the text of your invitation? What building is it in?

I haven't gotten all the details yet, they just said: "Admission to our program is highly competitive and invitation to the Open House is given to a very small number of highly distinguished applicants." And they said to contact POI directly.

On the Sunday 3/8/15 after the Open House weekend all of us that attended..well at least I think all of us.. I got one... received thank you email that pretty much said 'to expect to hear from the professors within next few days to continue the dialogue and to offer you a position in their labs'. This sounds to me like an offer is coming....and then at end email also said this one of the most talented group of students they have ever had and that they hope to see most of us in the fall as new students. I think this email seems to be very encouraging, but just not sure if it definitively is suggesting that an offer is forthcoming.
