Impatiently Waiting Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 Apologies if this has been posted before, or seems like a silly question. I received an email saying I was being "recommended for Acceptance" for a program I had applied to, but that an official decision would be coming soon. Does this mean I'm in?
Tolman's Rat Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 (edited) The department you applied to has to recommend your application to the graduate school for admission. This is standard procedure and it is extremely rare that the graduate school will disagree with the decision. For all intents and purposes, you are in. Congrats!! PsychandPhilo Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 Impatiently Waiting and SocialHealth, I noticed you both had rejections from UMD. Is that for social or clinical? I was reasonably sure no one had heard a peep out of the UMD social program yet.
