Hello everybody,

I am a recent graduate of a bachelors degree from a brick and mortar school. In attempts to get into a certificate program, I enrolled in a continuing education course offered by that institute.

Needless to say, I was rejected from the program (after being put on waitlist).

Since then I filed my withdrawal (which did not go through) in attempts to salvage my grade and I have ended up with an F in the course.

My question to you all here at thegradcafe is that will this failure hinder any future grad school applications?

I understand most schools require all transcripts of post secondary courses but I am curious if a continuing education course would have any huge effect or if it is even necessary to submit this transcript since I only enrolled in the course and was never formally accepted into any program.

Thanks in advance for your help! Any further details needed can be requested via PM.
