Google Anita Borg Scholarships

Hi, I am thinking of applying for the Anita Borg Scholarship next year (2010-11). If anyone has applied and/or won and can post any tips/suggestions here, I'd be grateful. I realize that's too broad a question, but I guess basically I would like to know what they are looking for in their applicants, apart from a 3.5+ GPA.

Also, since the deadline for this year is past, they haven't put up the application process on their website. Can someone please tell me what goes into the application packet? I'm guessing there's an online application form. Usual academic history + References + an essay (what was the essay question this year?)...anything else?

PS - I know it's way too early to be applying but I'm currently on a break till I start grad school this fall so I'm trying to keep myself busy.
