Hi! Thank you so much for posting. I was recently admitted to Cornell BCMB and now I am deciding between that and Mount Sinai. I feel like I felt a bit more at home at Sinai, but I'm really torn because I want to love Cornell. I have a lot of questions....

1) How important do you think the "name" of the institution is in future career paths? Do you think there is a significant difference between Cornell and Mount Sinai?

2) What is the balance of life? Are you expected to be in lab at all times? The graduation average is apparently 6.5 years-- is this an accurate statement?

3) What is couples housing like? Is it only studios or are you likely to get a 1br if you request it? The buildings have a very "dormy" feel to them-- why can't you take the furniture out and make the place your own?

4) What do you think are the main pros about Cornell and what are the cons? What is your career goal and how are they helping you to meet that?

5) How are your fellow students?
