icedcoffee Posted March 10, 2015 Posted March 10, 2015 Hi everyone, I've written this in my research paper: 80% said “very much” (n=4) while 20% said “somewhat” (n=1). Is it ok to mention the big percentage first? Also, is it ok to add the number of participants, even though I already added the percentage?
rising_star Posted March 10, 2015 Posted March 10, 2015 I wouldn't even use percentages if your sample is that small.
fuzzylogician Posted March 10, 2015 Posted March 10, 2015 Since the numbers are so small, I would probably not use the percentages at all. However, if you do use them I think you should also give the raw counts to avoid any misconceptions about the size of your sample.
