Help - Berkeley or Cambridge?

Hi guys, I'm currently a final-year student doing BSc Physics in Imperial College London. I have been accepted into two masters programs so far, and I would appreciate any advice/thoughts on choosing. 

I've been accepted into the University of California Berkeley for M.Eng in Nuclear Engineering (with Fung Fellowship that covers about half of my tuition), and Master of Advanced Studies in Physics in Cambridge University (also with funding).

Some things about me:

 

I have had past research experience in medical physics, and I have half a mind to head in that direction, hence the choice of nuclear engineering. 

 

I would really love to experience life in the states (esp in California), but I am also thrilled at the prospects of living in Cambridge's beautiful colleges.

I don't see myself doing a PhD in the short term, and should be heading towards industry or public sector upon graduation, so I'm more concerned about which program will make me look more attractive to my employers.

I'm not sure if the MASt is globally recognised as a masters program, since it is an undergraduate masters (i.e. Part III of the Physics Tripos) instead of a postgraduate MSc or MPhil.

Any advice is appreciated!

I don't know about the Physics Tripos, but Part III of the Mathematical Tripos has a really good reputation worldwide (as in being one of the best possible master's one could take for a future PhD in Mathematics).  Would you have full funding in Cambridge? Do you plan to work abroad (in the U.S or Canada, for example) or stay in the U.K?
