Should I retake GRE for PhD in I/O Psychology?

I have got my GRE score recently. Its a disastrous one. Let me put my profile below-

GRE- 1130

V- 480

Q- 650

Undergraduate result- 1st class. 6th position in my class. ( Highest distinction in British education system)

Journal publication- One paper publication in my University journal

Research experiences- Now I am doing thesis in I/O psychology for MS

TOEFL- 80-100 (expected, not given yet)

Please evaluate my profile. Is there any Varsity that will admit me with funding? Or will I have to retake GRE?

Please help me guys. I am in deep frustration.

I'm no expert but I do know that most universities require a minimum of 100-104 in the TOEFL. So maybe your gre isn't the thing you want to dedicate yourself to.

I would recommend you retake. Look at the average score for each institution listed on SIOP. 1130 isn't great. It may get you into some Masters programs.
