Is Un News ranking biased?? to an International student USC always seems to be better choise..being 10th in engineering ranking....Please shed some light on this area... also chemical engineering ranking of USC is better than buffalo...why? Rankings are always only as good as the criteria used to generate the ranking. It's really difficult to actually determine which is best without knowing everything that matters to you reaching your goals as well as being familiar with each program.
