Anyone find job outside of HR after I/O Masters?

Hello everyone,

 

I've been having a hard time gauging what type of work (non research based) one might find after pursing a Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology..... aside from HR.

 

 

Anyone find a job that is a bit "different"? Or know someone that began consulting work and can explain what that job might be like?

I know of a few people working at top consulting firms after completing an I/O Psych masters.

My research has led me to believe that a PhD is needed to land most jobs, but it's hard to find any first hand information since it's a new field.
