Phil M.A. Temple or New School

Hi everyone,

I have to make a decision between the philosophy MA programs at Temple and The New School for Social Research. The New School is slightly more expensive, but that's not really the factor I'm trying to get opinions on. I'd really just like to know more about their reputations.

You might have better luck talking to those that have applied to either program over in the "Philosophy" subforum. I tend to think of the New School's MA programs as cash cows, not as something that students really benefit from.
