Should I retake GRE?

I have taken it three times already, but I still can't secure a 700+ score for the three sections (Q: 710; V: 650; Writing: 4.5)

I am thinking whether I should give it one more try >_<

I just want to ask: have you ever seen someone get into a good political science program with such a score?

If the rest of your file is REALLY STRONG - great GPA from a school that will impress an admissions committee, strong statement of purpose, and (most importantly) letters from people well known to the admissions committee - you've got a good chance with those test scores at a top program, unless you are applying to do quantitative methods work. Only you know what the rest of your file looks like...
