Is Iowa state university a good school?

I have been admitted to a phD program in civil engineering at Iowa state.

I was not going to apply to this university until last two hours before the deadline and I got the first acceptance from them (Thanks God I applied)

 

 I'm really happy that i secured one offer. Waiting to hear from 5 schools.

 

How is Iowa State university? reputation? ranking ...etc.
