Has anybody applied to Utah State during their post bacc?

I was reading their admission requirements and they seem like they really want everything done before you apply.

Anybody have any experience with this?

Do you mean applying to Utah State's masters program while completing prereqs? If so, then yes, I applied before all my prereqs were complete and was accepted with funding. I think they don't really care as long as you will have had they complete prior to the first day of class. Hope that helps : )
