Who's going to Boston University?

Hello all,

 

I made this post specifically for everyone who has accepted their admission offer to BOSTON UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF PUBLIC HEALTH! I submitted mine today! Super excited!

 

I wanted to put this together so we know what the next steps are, housing, etc. Just a space to help each other out on this new adventure!

 

I have a question: Does anyone know where they will be living? Graduate housing? Apts? Any good, CHEAP places to look at?

I'll be starting their PhD program in Health Services Research in the fall..

If you don't mind a litthe grit, parts of Dorchester and Jamaica Plain are up and coming and generally less expensive.

Congrats! I am still waiting for my final decision. When did you get the acceptance letter from BU? I haven't heard from them for a long time. 

 

Simply hope it's a rumor that they waitlisted everyone...lol

Wow you're still waiting? When did you apply? I got accepted in January, applied in December. What concentration did you apply to?

I've been accepted! MPH Global Health, just waiting on my official letter through mail and the long process of applying for fin aid, job search, apt hunting, etc. But the worst has passed, acceptance yay!!!
