Help Or Guidance Regarding Choosing A Master Focusing On Engineering

I have a business administration bachelor degree, however I want to get a master more focused on engineering processes; I've looked up different Master programs, and I´ve read that the Master of engineering management (MEM) is available in some universities to the business area and not only for the engineers.

I am doing this because in my professional experience, I realized that I want to focus my studies and my life to this filed; development of manufacturing procedures, product quality, market research…

I´m living in Mexico city, however I want to have this master out of my country in order to get more familiarized with foreign languages, specially English or French, which I already know but not at its 100%.

If anyone knows something about this program or similar programs in which I can apply, I will be very appreciated for your feedback. Or if you have an opinion or advice I will be glad to hear it.
