NYU steinhardt Visual Arts Administration - waitlisted

[Shuting Zheng]

I've been waitlisted since March 26th. I emailed them several weeks ago, and they said they would have a better idea if additional students can be admitted in early May.

 

I STILL HAVEN'T heard anything from them. OMG! The wait is killing me, and this is the only school that I had applied. DYING to get in!

 

Did anyone on wait list hear back from them?

Since it's now mid-May, why don't you go ahead and call/email them again? As far as I can tell, a good rule of thumb is that if someone says they'll get back to you by date X, and does not do so, it isn't annoying or rude to ask for an update.
