J007 Posted May 30, 2015 Posted May 30, 2015 I am admitted in PhD program in UCONN starting from fall 2015. I have to submit top 3 advisors name under whom I want to do my PhD, before starting of fall semester. I emailed some PIs but they are either not accepting students or are not replying at all. What do I do in this case?
rising_star Posted May 30, 2015 Posted May 30, 2015 You should list your top 3 choices, just as you were asked to do. If none of those three are available, then the program will likely contact you to get additional names.

rising_star Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 Of course there is. But, if you've been admitted to the program, then they'll do what they can to find you an appropriate advisor.
