How do the admission requirements and difficulty vary for the combined MS/PhD for Computer Science, when compared to separate MS or PhD? Are the combined programs also fully funded like PhD?

Combined MS/PhD programs are usually funded, just like PhDs. MS admission is usually easier to get than a PhD because you'd need higher credentials for a PhD admission, especially so if you're going for a direct PhD. You'll need to prove that you're capable of performing research through publications and previous research experience. An application for a MS/PhD program would need to be as strong a direct PhD application.
