International I/O Master's degree (accepted with ?'s)

I got accepted to the 1 year M.Sc. Psych: Specialization - Organizational Psychology at Erasmus University Rotterdam.

I'm wondering, do you think I will be able to gain entry into applied I/O jobs back home (USA) I pursue this degree?

 

The program at Erasmus University Rotterdam seems pretty new. The school itself seems like a pretty good school in relation to the Netherlands and internationally.
