Anyone else starting phd in biology after being out of undergrad for a few years?

I will be starting in the fall. I have been working for the past five years. Anyone else in a similar position? Anyone here that's older that went the same route? Do you have any advice?

Not PhD in Biology but going into MA Speech Language Pathology this fall. I graduated college in 2009, so I'm expecting to be the oldest (one of the oldest) in the cohort. I think we have a different way of looking at things (in a good way) since we were lucky to have had work experience prior to starting grad school.
