Last year, to thank the Gradcafe community, I gave away a short guide I wrote about grad school applications and interviews. I'm thinking of doing it again this year.

The guide if based on my two rounds of applications - the unsuccessful first round where I got rejected from almost every school, and the second round where I got into Stanford.
