PhD programs/faculty who focus on human-animal/non-human relationships

Hi all. I am a current undergrad student who studies anthropology (human-animal relationships being my broad interest) and a faculty member suggested that I look into philosophy programs as well as anthro programs because the questions that I'm asking may be more suited to philosophy. I'm "researching" programs/faculty right now....any suggestions come to mind of philosophers who mainly study animals?

I'm interested in the moral "status" of animals.

Queen's (Canada). Will Kymlicka has been working on pretty much only that stuff for years now.
