helpmedecide
Hi all, I will actually be graduating at the end of this year from Georgia Tech as an Industrial Engineering undergrad. I want to apply to the top master's programs in engineering (not really pinpointing just to keep my options open) and if I don't get in, I might as well get a job. So here's my dilemma, should I even try? GPA: 3.5 GRE: 600 V/790 M /5 W Some research experience, but no real work experience... I am considering Columbia's MSFE, Princeton's ORFE, Stanford's MSE, and my school as well. I am just sick of Georgia Tech and would like to study in another place.. Any thoughts on class profile, acceptance rates, or things like that?
TKassis
Considering that you will graduate from the Georgia Institute of Technology, I think your chances of getting into the schools you mentioned is pretty high. Can't give you any numbers, but an engineering degree from Georgia Tech is considered top notch by any university you apply to.
