MA Programs Focusing on American Literature

Hi there! I'm currently a (nontraditional) undergraduate student, and trying to plan ahead for grad school. I'm an English major, but want to focus my studies on American literature (particularly that of people of color, women, immigrants, etc.)

Does anyone know of any MA programs that focus primarily or solely on American Literature?

Most MA programs require you to take a wide variety of classes in different literary periods. Many also require a class in theory and a class in bibliography. It isn't until your PhD that you get to specialize. 

You might look at American Studies programs, but be aware that few are funded at the MA level.
