Too late for GRE?

Will December 24 be too late to take the GRE for Catching January 15, 2016 deadline? I'm retaking the GRE and already working on LOR and SOP; hopefully these will be completed by October/ November 1st week.

Any help on this would be much appreciated.

It wouldn't be late if the ddl is Jan 15th...It usually takes only a week to have your grades posted on the website. As long as you send out your scores right after the scores are available on the website, i think you would be fine.

I'm planning to apply for Fall 2016 PhD admissions. My program interest is Stem Cell / Cell and Developmental Biology. Deadlines are  December 1st, 2015 for most schools. I plan to retake GRE in end of October and have started studying too. I'm just worried about the scores not reaching the schools by the deadline. Should I just apply with my old scores and let them know that I'm retaking it, just to be safe? I scored a 300 last time.

Hey Samiksha,

I'd encourage you to still retake the GRE. It is mostly likely that the scores would be available in 10 days and delivered to the schools immediately after you have requested the orders. Also, most programs do not require the GRE to be delivered by the deadline for the main application.

i guess you are not late for GRE for getting more information about GRE like how to prepare for GRE in short time , tips for preparation just check msmbainusa this site..
