I have a fullride scholarship from the Indonesian government (COL, tuition, etc)Thinking of applying to Stanford MechE for an MS degree, I don't think my profile is as refined as most Stanford applicants (though I have heard rumors flying around that Stanford MS is mostly a cash cow).
