College suggestions based on GRE and other stats

Hey everyone,

I just took the GRE and scored 321 (v 162, Q 159, AWA pending).

My GPA is currently ~7.8 (out of ten, six semesters complete). I was a research intern at Tsinghua University in brain imaging this past summer. 

I am interested in computer vision, specially for SLAM (autonomous mapping/navigation / sensing & pereption) and medical imaging (analysis and management of images (as in CBIR)).

I've been looking at Ohio state and UoArizona among other schools. I also sent my scores to UoColorado, Boulder and UoNorth Carolina, Chapel Hill.

I need suggestions regarding which schools I might consider safe and reach. Also, any tips or pointers regarding writing a research statement (or Project Concept Note) would help.
