How many Early Notification schools can I apply to?

Several of the schools i am applying to (SAIS, SIPA, Fletcher, etc) offer "Early Notification" deadlines to hear back by December. They are all non-binding, however, am I only allowed to apply to one of "Early Notification"? I have not seen that specified anywhere. 

I remember in Undergrad, you could only apply to one school "Early Decision", however, that was a binding decision; this is not. 

Please let me know ASAP because the deadlines for these are approaching in the next week!

If it's non-binding, then you should be able to apply to more than one such program. I would double-check with the program by calling them, just to be sure.
