Greetings everyone.  I'm in my senior year of undergrad and am a bit frantic about my chances of getting into grad school.... I'm just wondering what my chances are for getting into ANY PhD program in political science.  I don't have a political science background, but sort of fell in love with the subject after taking an intro course.  Unfortunately, I was already well-along in major/minor, so chose not to change to something more relevant.  Just concerned that the lack of political science courses will hurt me, along with the low GRE (which I'm hoping to change).  Any advice you could offer would be much appreciated!

Thank you!  Makes me feel a bit better.  Any recommendations for schools that I'd stand a chance getting into?  Anything in the top 50?  Also, for my recommendation letters, should I only ask econ professors or would it be wise to throw an a rec from an English professor who knows me well?
