Anyone willing to critic my SOP for MS in Petroleum Engineering?

Applying for MS in Petroleum for fall 2016 with relatively low undergraduate percentage (76%) and low GRE score of 303 (Q:151, V:152) so it all boils down to the SOP and LORs. If anyone has time to critic it then please do let me know. Also some advice on whether I should explain my low GRE score or now would be appreciated. I gave the GRE twice and suffered from insomnia both times and was not able to crack the GRE on the test day despite rigorous practice which made me confident for better scores.
