Eligible To Re-Enroll? HELP!

I am completing this online application and one of the questions asks me whether I am "eligible to re-enroll" for the universities I have already graduated. I'm not sure what to answer in here? I've looked up online and it says that re-enrollment is for those who have taken a leave of absence and it's clearly not me, but other people said that this question is primarily asking whether you are on academic good standing. I am really confused and please help!

I've only ever seen it for the latter- asking if you're in academic good standing (ie, eligible to re-enroll).
