I started a new job about 3 months back and have been working very closely with my manager who has gotten to know me very well and can attest to my character quite strongly. I was in a similar situation - I interned 20 hours a week for 3 months at a think tank and developed a close relationship with my supervisor. He helped write me a strong enough recommendation to get me into all the programs I applied to. What helped was that I was asked to do extra work even after the internship ended. Your situation is perhaps even better than mine; you probably work 40 hours a week and were assigned more substantive tasks. You'll be fine.
