Dragonstone Posted December 5, 2015 Posted December 5, 2015 Hi. Short question: I have been selected for a funding by an institute that will apply to four schools on my behalf. I get the funding ONLY if one of these four schools accept me. Can anyone take a look at my profile, and tell me what my chances of getting into these four programs are/ should I consider other programs? Longer version: GRE: 164 V, 154 Q, 5.5 AWA CGPA: 3.55/ 4 Work Experience: Applying straight from undergrad. Internships with Teach for All network, a health organization, and an educational institution. Female applicant from an LCD Applied to: Syracuse MPA, Georgetown MPP, IU Bloomington MPA, Cornell MPA I NEED to get into one of these four.. am I competitive? If not, I can have one of these replaced by an institution of my choice (where I have a greater chance of getting in.) Which program should I replace, and with what? Not looking for definitive answers. Maybe a general discussion on which MPA/ MPP programs accept what kind of candidates. Especially looking for a program where the trend has been that work experience isn't one of the major deciding factors. Thanks.
