Georgetown Foreign Service tuition

Hey everyone, I just applied to all the big private schools in DC for grad school and I'm sitting here wondering how I'm gonna pay for all this when the time comes.

I have the Post 9/11 GI Bill, but Georgetown in particular is still substantially expensive it seems. GWU and American seem to be much more manageable. What is funding typically like at Georgetown? I can count on the VA to pay 21,084 of tuition, and GU will contribute 2,500.00 guaranteed. I'm just sitting here worried, because I'd most like to go to GU but don't want to incur any debt in doing so until my last semester when my GI Bill runs out.  

I wil also have around 2,500 a month in housing allowance from the GI Bill.
