Forgot to close

I submitted a letter of intent last week and only just realized that I forgot to close the letter (didn't say something like "sincerly, my_name"). How big of a mistake is this? The rest of my application is very strong, but I'm worried this is enough to basically disqualify me.

As far as I understand it, closings are pretty unnecessary. It's a "letter" of intent in name only. AKA you're mostly likely 100% fine.
