Syracuse vs UIC

Hi,

I've got admits from Syracuse and UIC in the ECE department. Syracuse is expensive yet the program is more to my liking as I'm more into programming than hardware, UIC is cheap but program doesn't appear to be that good. Any tips, advice on what to choose? Also, I'll be looking to get jobs after graduation, so I'd also like a feedback on where it's more likely to find a job.

From reading this, it sounds like you are set on Syracuse. Go for it. What's the point in spending years in a program if you don't like what the program has to offer? Neither place is going to guarantee a job. It all depends on how much effort you put into improving yourself when you go on the Market.
