The cost of living is for sure on point! And I'm sure I'll like the city enough, at least for 2 years! It's pretty close to Ann Arbor, right? You sticking with your decision?

I don't think they're as close as they look because you have to drive all the way around Lake Erie!  And yeah, I'm headed to Ann Arbor unless I get one of those full-tuition scholarships somewhere else (possible only for WUSTL and UWashington - Seattle, but probably not very likely).  I am not too thrilled about living in a college town with brutally cold winters, but they really sold me on that Integrated Health Scholarship Program.  It is so perfect for what I want to do that all the other schools seem less relevant somehow.  I was in love with WUSTL as a whole (awesome faculty, wonderful placement) but fitwise it's not AS good of a choice for me as Michigan, which is the whole reason I'm going to grad school after all!  Anyway, I think Case is a great choice period but even more so with a full ride!  Do you know if you still get the field placement stipend in addition to all your tuition paid?  That would be even more awesome!  Their class sizes are the smallest I've ever heard of, which is great too.

I've heard great things about Ann Arbor...college towns aren't bad! It's only 2 years, which goes by so fast, and if it's the right program for you, with money, even better!

That's actually a great question about the field stipend. That would be even more amazing for sure! I'll have to ask. Fingers crossed everything goes well with my visit and I really like the university and city.

Actually it's only 16 months, so I'll only have one brutal winter to endure!

Good luck with your visit!  I bet you'll find it acceptable, especially given all the incentive you have now :)

I have received my acceptance email on March 21. I am now waiting to hear my financial aid. Does anyone know how and when can we expect the financial aid package to arrive? How many days do we have to wait after we are notified of our admittance? Thank you very much!

Mine took about 10 days to arrive in the mail!

Oh wow. That long? They should send them in an email instead. Do they tend to give out a lot of scholarship?

I think they do tend to award large scholarships, but for me it wasn't enough to offset the high cost of tuition.

I was surprised it took 10 days too! I got a decent amount of money and am making the 9 hour drive next week to check out the campus!

Hi all! I am going to CWRU this fall, specialising in mental health. :-) I visited campus earlier this year and had some great conversations with staff and students. The Cleveland area felt really comfortable and familiar to me. We are excited to move there later this year! I hope to get to know some of my future classmates in the meantime.
