Is there still a chance to be considered for admission for fall 2016?

I've recently acquired a full scholarship to get a Master's and a Phd. in aerospace engineering, and the confirmation only came in today. And as you know most of the deadlines for admission for the fall of 2016 have passed. I've already done TOEFL with a score of 110 and GRE with a combined score of 315. and my GPA is 3.9 

I wanted to ask if universities consider cases like mine for admission or should I just wait and apply for spring?

I would email program coordinators or the Director of Graduate Studies for the department directly and ask. Many PhD programs don't have spring admissions, though you may be able to find some master's programs that do.
