When do they sent out rejections for Berkeley PhD programs in CS

My application is still saying submitted, and I heard they sent out acceptances a few weeks back. I was wondering when do they send out rejections?

I just got mine last week. I'm not sure what this means for the process, but that was also the second reply I've gotten from my list of schools.
