Going this weekend - tips appreciated!

Background: 33 years old, been a health teacher 10 years (hs and college), and applying for PhD in Public Health (I have a MPH)
I'm visiting Oregon State this weekend with meetings on Monday.

Weird situation: I talked with two POI at OSU and they were both VERY helpful. I was worried that their research interests weren't fully matching mine, so I withdrew my app. Both were so lovely, that one of the POI reached out to me asking why I withdrew and had a GA position that he thought I'd be good for (which turns out to be something I am interested in).

I haven't been accepted, but after emailing back and forth, decided it was worth pursuing and scheduled a visit.

Monday I meet him and the other POI at the University. He linked me to two other students in the department and also a gentleman who hires at the Student Health Services office. 

This is my second campus visit, the previous one was a lot more relaxed as my fellow classmate in my MPH program lead it since he's a professor. 

Questions:

1. What are some good questions to ask that I may forget to ask? (I'm making a comprehensive list)

2. I'm bringing my CV on paper. What other documentation should I bring? (No research, so nothing to show there unfortunately).

3. Anyone else been in a similar situation with visiting without formal acceptance? Some people say it's a good sign that I'll get in, while others say this has no bearing on me getting in.

4. Any tips at all? I was thinking about dressing in a dark denim dress pant, sweater, scarf, and nice jacket (it'll be rainy possibly). Is this too casual? It's Oregon, so I'm not super sure.

Re #1: Check out the other posts on what questions to ask in this subforum. This has been covered extensively lately.

#2) I wouldn't bring anything. They already have your application and all of your materials. The only other thing you might want to bring are some business cards to pass out.

3) It's hard to say whether this means you'll get in or not. Do a lot of applicants have campus visits at this program? Are they providing funding for your visit?

4) I would go with business casual at a minimum. What you're planning to wear sounds fine to me.
