I received two rounds of interview from the faculty. But I haven't received any result until now.

Just now I saw an American Applicant, from "result survey" part, have received an accept offer (18th, Feb) from the Urban Schooling Program.

Does that mean I am out? I am an international student. Do I still have the chance to be admitted?

I checked my application status. It is still saying "no decision has been made“.

So sad! My rejected email is probably on the way.

There's no way for anyone here to know, unfortunately. You could try contacting the program and asking about your admissions status if you're really curious.
