What to make of posted acceptances (English PhD

Hi all,

 

Quick query: I've been monitoring the acceptances thread and all of the schools I have applied to have already sent out acceptances, yet I've heard from none of them. I was hoping someone could help me interpret this; any clue what it means, if anything?

Either waitlisted or rejected.  It depends though, if you've only seen one or two acceptances per school I wouldn't fret.  If you see multiple (like at least 6-8) then I would be a little bummed because chances are they just haven't gotten around to sending out the rejection letters yet.  Have you seen any rejections for 2016 yet?
