The submission info says that all submissions must be MLA format, and that you may submit 1 page proposals or short 10-12 page essays. NOW - should the proposal be single spaced or double???? Sometimes it can be a bit hard to find, but I've never seen a journal that didn't have such a guide. Look for links like "for authors" or "submission guidelines."
