What to do after a math PhD as an international student? Advices needed.

I did my PhD in pure math in a top 20 school in the US as an international students. After my graduation, I went to a different country for post-doc. The job market has been very difficult. I want to change my field to something more employable. Currently, I am looking at the following fields:

Applied or financial mathematics, Statistics, Engineering and computer science, Operations research

What are some programs that I can apply to currently in these fields? I know I am late in the application stage, but I really hope that I can still have a chance to return to the states. Thank you.

Due to personal reason, I have to stay in the US, but my visa does not allow me to. My goal is to return to the US, because I genuinely believe US to be home and love its people and culture.

The problem is that the job prospect of a pure math degree is poor. I am hoping to apply my mathematical background to a different field to make contributions. Currently, I'm considering to apply to PhD or masters programs in the following areas:

There aren't many PhD programs available at this time. The only school I know that is still available is Georgia Southern University.
